AdoorX is a gateway to Northern California home search tools from the Matthew Smith Realty Team. You can browse without creating an account, and there are no forms on this site. We do not sell your personal information for money. The home page uses analytics, product improvement, and advertising measurement tools that are common on real estate websites, and this page names every one of them. The county pages load nothing but the typefaces. Everything below tells you which is which.
Microsoft Clarity reconstructs a visit as a replayable recording of on page behavior, meaning clicks, taps, scrolling, and mouse or finger movement. It is a design tool, and we use it to see where a page confuses people. It is not a camera, it does not see your screen outside this site, and it does not use your microphone. This site has no forms and no login, so there is nothing you type here for it to record. If you would rather not be included, the browser options in the next section stop it.
Do other companies collect information about your activity across other websites from here? Yes, in a limited way. Google Ads conversion tracking places an identifier that lets Google connect your visit to an ad you clicked, and Google Analytics uses cookies for measurement. That is cross context advertising technology, and we are telling you plainly rather than burying it.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not hand your contact details to other businesses for their marketing. We do not run a Meta pixel, a TikTok pixel, or any lead reseller tag on this site.
Being straight with you about the technical limits: this site does not currently detect browser Do Not Track signals or Global Privacy Control signals automatically, and these tools load when the page opens. We cannot switch them off for one visitor, because there is no account here to key that to. What does work is your own browser. Any of the following stops them, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
If you text us, you may receive replies from Matthew Smith or his team about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP or simply telling us to stop.
This is a small independent real estate practice. Whatever our size, we want you treated the way California law intends, so if you want to know what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us and we will handle it for the records we hold, meaning the messages, contact details, and requests you sent us. We will not treat you differently for asking.
One honest limit. The analytics and advertising records held by Google and Microsoft are keyed to cookies and device identifiers rather than to your name, so we cannot look up your sessions by email address and pull them out. What we can do is delete what you sent us directly, and the browser options above stop the tracking going forward.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

What changed on July 31, 2026: the open house directory and its map were taken offline while they move to a licensed MLS data feed. The analytics, advertising, and session recording tools now run on the home page only, and the county pages load nothing but the typefaces. This policy was rewritten to describe exactly what is measured on each page, and to remove companies that earlier versions named but that this site no longer loads.
